Thank you to Shae and the nice gentleman who answered the phone for getting me to the Walmart money center so I didn't lose my whole life's work and all my belongings by not being able to pay the movers! I was leaving Pensacola and needed to pay the movers or they were going to keep all my stuff and the $900 deposit I had already paid. Liberty First Taxi Service saved my hyde by getting me where I need to go when four other cab companies failed! Thank you so much! And the ride even cost less than what I was quoted! They showed up fast, Shae was super nice and helpful! I enjoyed them so much I just booked a ride in advance to the airport in 3 days! Highly recommend this company!"

"I have used Liberty Taxi before and I had no problems with the service, polite drivers and a quick response time. I called them yesterday for a taxi. I live on North 63rd Avenue and I wanted to go to Petland on North Davis highway round trip. I had never been to Petland before.The driver took the long way and ran up the meter, it was was close to $50.00 dollars when we started heading back home. The driver said he would just do the round trip for $80.00, so I agreed.. He then decided to take the shorter route back to my home. The meter was at around $62 dollars when we got back to my home. He still wanted the $80 that we agreed upon. I got totally taken advantage of, I was overcharged. I should have Googled it before I got in the taxi on Google maps so he couldn't take the long way to run up the meter at my expense. I got scammed."

"I don’t know why the reviews of this business are so bad but I’ll tell you they must’ve turned something around because my experience with liberty 1st was top notch! I traveled for 15 mins and paid out 21 bucks so not a bad fare. The vehicles used are clean, premium, and private. The drivers are courteous, nice, and even go the extra mile to make sure their customer is satisfied. My driver even showed me around the block I was going to for NO EXTRA PRICE because I was new to the area. The fact that they can drive onto base is very helpful considering there are limited options for that. From the second I called them it took maybe 4 minutes for them to arrive at my location to pick me up. They drive late into the night so you can stay out late as you want and still get a safe ride back. The driver drove safely at a good speed the whole time. I am baffled this company is not better reviewed because I had nothing but a great experience! Recommend to all. One thing is for sure, this company deserves your business."
