"My boyfriend and I have gone to quite a few bike shops in the Broward area after renting to find a bike to purchase. The process has been pretty overwhelming and most people in the other shops have not been the most helpful. It’s either felt like they were too busy to answer our questions, or they were just trying to push a sale. We went to the Trek store after seeing it on our way to ikea just to look, not expecting much. After being in for a few minutes you could immediately tell how much Patrick and Fabian cared. They spent a lot of time talking with us and answering any questions we had. We left for our IKEA trip and on our way back went back into Trek to make our bike purchase. We even went back and forth after we put in our order worried we made the wrong decision on the model we picked. A few days after we put in the order, we called and Fabian put our mind at ease and even said we’re not locked in and we can switch it out after we see it. We’re even more excited about getting into the sport after our experience at this store. We will be back for any service and parts we need."

"I bought the Flex Fuel 9.7 Gen 6 and absolutely love the bike. There are a few enhancements I want to make down the road (i.e. add Carbon wheels), but product is superb as is! More than the product is the team at Trek store in West Sunrise. Jose and Patrick are teriffic guys, more than happy to share product knowledge and inform where/why/how they've tuned the bike for my intended use. Would definitely suggest this team!!"
