"I hope management read this review and make improvements. I was in store returning an item. The lady cashier speak little English called for other employee, they start speaking to each other. Then told me the return item price in a rude tone. The line was long there are 7 customers behind me but only 2 cashiers at registers, other employees just standing around chatting to each others. The store wasn’t crowded. Overall prices is fair. GAP is a well known brand and didn’t expects poor customers service. Customer services training may help."
