"The pick up is the worst!!!!! The associate stop to talk to someone for 12mins and left me there waiting. I had to get out my car to tell her excuse me but I am waiting. Then on top of everything else they bring out the wrong item and have us wait 30mins!!!! This would never happen at target. Every time I give Walmart a chance they always mess up. Your customer service is Terrible!!! For all this I could have went in and purchase the item myself and had been done In half the time!!!!!"

"Overcrowded and understaffed. Huge lines, half the registers unmanned, the "20 items or less" line was cash only with no sign posted so you only find that out after waiting in it's line. Staff standing by the door just hanging out. Just head back to Amazon for your items at this point."

"Today’s experience and to be accused of bringing old meat back as if I hadn’t just left the store is pure disrespect. I WILL NEVER SHOP HERE AGAIN. LINDA WAS HORRIBLE AND HAS NO TRAINING ON HOW TO DEAL WITH CUSTOMERS. Even with a receipt she doubted what I said and said to the cashier this what you called me for as if I wasted her time. How about I wasted mine after getting off a twelve hour overnight shift coming to grab breakfast to cook to get home and have spores floating around off some molded sausage Pattie’s. No sympathy or anything just told the cashier to give me my money back! Linda didn’t care nothing about the food being spoiled as if this is normal. And to think I left Publix this morning to come shop at this store!!! Fool me once, I’ll never be back and ppl like Linda shouldn’t either. This could’ve been resolved with a simple apology but no Linda wanted to interrogate me which prompted me to return EVERY SINGLE THING. I will be contacting the GM every higher up I can reach! THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE"

"I came here to use the money grand service, the lady at the checkout did absolutely NOTHING, she said the system was down and she didn't even try, I looked for a manager throughout the store since she didn't even want to try to see if it was working , I just ran into a manager who made a call on the radio and no one showed up, they called her again and no one showed up, it seems like they didn't want to use the moneygram system they just didn't want to even try, I work in customer service and it seems so It's sad that a store like this doesn't have a manager who asserts his authority and tries to make it work. No body here is going to resolve your problem and you call to the “manager store” and of course not come. Beverly came and call Linda in the radio but NO one’s come. Horrible experience I will look the web for report this situation, is consider customer abuse when you wait for a manager and the let you wait and no body came"

"I usually hate Walmart but this one was decent. The lady at self checkout was very helpful when I needed better assistance. However they probably should invest into more staff to keep their inventory and displays clean."
