"the customer service at this store is awful. i’ve been here twice already and both times the employees and the managers were rude and looked like they hated everything including themselves. i went to buy socks both times and the pricing was incorrect on the tag compared to the price that was ringing up on the register. the manager was being super dismissive and didn’t give me the price on the tag. as a service worker myself, the price should always be given on the tag even if it’s not correct. i try to be empathetic of service workers because i am one myself, but there’s a fine line between being unenthusiastic or tired and being straight up rude. hate this place"

"Awful service! I was trying to ask shop assistant for size but he was silent like if I wasn’t there. All assistants here are the same! They don’t speak, don’t ask and they don’t try to help! by the way, I found what I want, but On the cashier guy crumple all my things in the bag!!! They are all a mess! I don’t want to come here never again even if the goods are ok."

"NiNi was my cashier she was absolutely AMAZING I was so confused on getting my son something for his 21st birthday she helped me pick out something and she was super excited about helping with the chose lol but over y’all have some great employees at the sawgrass location"

"Back in the day I worked at Footlocker, we had a five second rule- you had to greet a customer, just say hey, or how’s it going, let them know you see them, within five seconds. In JD Sports it must be a five hour rule. The two ladies in the back had no clue people were in the store, or they just didn’t care. I see why people shop online, you can get ignored and expect it. Even saw a pair of Jordan 1 low OG that was my size (white/black/powder blue) but they’re not getting my dinero, I’ll wait til I get home and buy them online. You have to at least act like you care that a customer is in the store. Two stars due to nice store, decent selection, but the staff need more training, in customer service."

"JD Sports Sawgrass has been both amazing and dreadful since their reopening. The first few days were beautiful they released 1 or 2 new sneakers each day after the grand opening. Customers lined up and received their highly anticipated sneakers. After the first few days they stopped releasing routinely and started to randomly drop and when that happen it also coincidentally that the resell sneaker ship in the mall was buying out all the pairs for extra cash on top of course. With this location I just think there needs to be transparency between the store and the stores inventory and the customer. Because there is a lot of shady business going on, like if you have the shoe just sell it. Why are you holding it in the back trying to decide the perfect time, that’s literally just creating more chaos. Staff is super nice here compared to JD broward I must say, but it’s just really shady, they lie about inventory in your face."
