"I am a frequent shopper at lululemon and the service I received today was absolutely unacceptable. August 11 th around 11 am , I came in ready to make a large purchase and saw there was a special price on the license to train tights. I grabbed the ones I wanted and headed for the check out desk. I was met by Claunda who is mainly responsible for my horrible experience.I wasn’t sure if I wanted all of the items and this is when Claunda decided to roll her eyes at me and began to laugh at me. She says she was laughing at something else but given the fact she was rude the entire time and made me feel like I was an inconvenience to them . She kept asking me “Are you sure you want this one, Are you sure want this one” multiple times in a very sarcastic way which I don’t appreciate at all. It made me feel unwelcome, uncomfortable and really disappointed. This is by far the worst treatment I have ever experienced . Maybe there are other places where I can spend my hard earned money outside of lululemon. As previously stated we are loyal customers at lululemon and we are used to the high standards of the company but Claundas conduct today was shockingly bad , disturbing and unacceptable. She is a huge liability for the company and we are appalled that she was even accepted as an employee. "The clothing is comfortable and fashionable. This location has ridiculously low pricing. Whether you work out or pretend. They have taken what used to be called stretch pants and made it cool."
