"I would never recommend this place to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle. Never had a good experience with the service department, one time they lost my vehicle for over an hour, took my car for an oil change back in Jan. 23rd, turns out my engine needed to be replaced and was without any means of transportation for two weeks until they FINALLY gave me a loaner. They treat their customers as if they were doing you a favor when I purchased a vehicle from them and they are literally getting paid to do their JOB. No follow up whatsoever from my advisor of the time, i had to keep calling and chasing them for updates, when my car was finally returned to me, the oil change sticker was not updated and they did not top off the fluids, messaged them to report this issue with no response."

"Marie (Sales) and Eric (financing) are great! They made me feel very welcomed and genuinely made the process easy. I went in for a 22’ Kia K5 and left with it the same day! My only issue was the $2495 City Care Package that is required at purchase for used vehicles. Yet doesn’t state that in fine print in their contract or website. Not to mention I didn’t receive the customer welcome kit. But overall I would recommend !"

"We bought two previous cars here but this third trip was great. Went for an oil change and wanted to look at the new stock in the lot. Raul (GM) ran into us and took care of us. JP and Luis took us around, worked out the numbers and got us in a vehicle (took my trade in). They covered the note in the trade in, gave me equity to cover down payment on the new car, and I lowered my monthly payment from before. *AFTER* the sale, Raul threw in free window tints and weather guard floor mats. Great experience, no pressure - they ran the numbers to fit what I wanted. Why I bought the first two cars there, now a third. Ill be back each and everytime I'm ready for a new car. Highly recommend. Great team! Thank you Luis, JP, and Raul! I went in for an oil change and walked out with a new car and better rates. 1/21/2024 update: We bought another one! Erick hooked us up, the whole team worked with us to get the $ right and we just finalized our FOURTH car from this dealership! Erick, Vanessa, Raul, the whole team is amazing! Happy customers!!"

"If i can put zero rating I would, that’s how terrible it is for the SERVICE DEPARTMENT experienced. I did my oil change yesterday and wasting 4-5 hours of my time just to found out when i got home that the engine was smoking and immediately open the hood and i saw that they forgot the cap back on after they did the OIL CHANGE which then through oil all over the motor! The next day I contacted them and spoke one of the Manager and wanted me to bring the car back which is a ridiculous suggestion when it’s not safe to drive the car. After back and forth with them they make a conclusion to pickup the car and they bring it back and did not even put a gas on my car and I thought the problem is solved when they bring it back then I noticed the front hood got some scratches. I let them know about it and all they did is point fingers. I still have more free oil change left but I will never ever go back to let them do the oil change or even trust them to do anything with my car. What a nightmare!!!!!!"
