"I ordered through amazon from this company and wish I never did. Didn’t hear a thing for over 10 days about my order. The tracking info for usps said awaiting the package from vendor so I messaged VIP asking what the heck is going on. “Covid 19 has put a strain on our business” was the response. Um it’s August now...... it’s not the first few weeks of covid and in 14 days you can go out to your warehouse and pick up my item, ride your bike to the post office and drop it off so they can deliver it. It’s not that complex. Everyone else has figured it out! Well I was told I would get a response first thing in the morning as to what is going on..... crickets. I’d avoid this company as it seems as if they can’t process orders which ALL their competitors can and have it delivered in 4 days! Really wish I could have gotten the item I paid for 14 days ago but I guess amazon will quickly refund and I’ll move on. You should do the same."
