"This TREK shop is a rare find in this area. I went to 3 “highly rated” bike shops to get some minor work done and install 2 new carbon wheels and tires. Each time I was treated either as an interruption, an idiot, or given outrageous quotes and wait times. I so badly wanted to give up - but I wanted my bike up and running more. So I went to TREK and from the moment I walked in I was treated like a VIP. I had two staff members all over it! While I explained what I needed to one, the other was already retrieving the bike, wheels, and parts from my truck. They were genuine in their kindness as well as their desire to do whatever I needed and have it done whenever I wanted it. Like I said, a rare find. The TREK staff could give a master class in sales and service and we would all be willing to “shop local” way more often. Thanks TREK!"
