Being a new rider myself, this was my first “real” bike that I’ve purchased, and Erik gave me great tips to get my biking journey started, and he also shared some amazing stories along the way. "Matt (the service manager) was so incredible helpful, I truly could not thank him enough! I brought my used Trek bike in to see what was going wrong with my brakes and he was so patient and helpful with me. I’m a very new rider and don’t know the parts very well so he took his time explaining and showing me how to properly attach and disconnect my front tire. The staff there was all so kind, welcoming, and great vibes! I will forever be thankful for Matt’s help. Would recommend coming to this location for all your bike needs and wants!"
