"I recently went to this store to sell two bikes. One orange specialized and one black felt cruiser bike. I didn't get a very good price on the orange bike but that is beside the point. I was told my cruiser bike would be donated to a kid in the neighborhood and now I see that it was sold for $225 dollars. That is NOT A DONATION. I would like the money from that transaction, please or I will contact the BBB"
"They were really friendly and helpful in finding the most cost efficient ways to fix my bike when I bought a used one from marketplace. The only issue I had was that who ever changed my tires may have pinched the tub since the tire was completely flat within the first month of owning it."
"I bought a fine used ns mountain bike from this guy. He told me it was barely used. After I drove 250 miles and I arrived home I removed the cloth guard that keeps the chain from scratching the frame. The damage from the chain to the frame is shown in the pictures. Very severe. I called him.the next day. He said he was shocked! He said to bring it back for a refund. This would require me to drive 500 miles round trip. I included pictures. The fork steering tube has alot of mud in it. The rear wheel is misaligned, it appears this fine mountain bike was wrecked and then bent back into shape. The worst I've ever been ripped off and lied too. Avoid this place. They sold me a heavily used mountain bike for a little less than retail that has a badly damaged frame, and a heavily used fork that is full of mud. He new I was leaving town. I plan to take this bike to a mountain bike shop in Colorado for repair and evaluation. So beware of South Tampa Bicycle. The owner lied to me and ripped me off badly."
