"I dropped in wile on vacation to scout out a bike to purchase. Robin gave me all the information I needed and helped me solidify what I was looking for. I was so impressed by his service that I tried to buy a bike and have him ship it to me. He declined the offer because the cost of shipping a bike is high, and he didn't want either of us to pay that price. He encouraged me to buy local, and he told me he feels that if he does right by all his customers, the business will be successful. I wish every business owner felt this way. Writing this review was the least I could do to promote Robin. Please do yourselves the favor and stop in. Tell him I Sent you."

"They kill you with kindness, but Im not sure what to make of this place. I bought a bike at this shop. I have had it since Labor day. The bike has had 3 flat tires, I ride on 30A only. I offered to pay for better tires or whatever it takes. Their only response is to keep bringing bike back. Each repair has cost me $50-60 bucks. While the bike was only $500 bucks I have had to spend another $200 on repairs. Doesn’t seem like a good model for the customer. When I asked for my money back they told me they needed to “see” the bike again (this would be the 3rd trip since purchase). Wonder if anyone is gonna pay me for my time :)."

"So impressed with their service philosophy and technical expertise. Robin personally spent an entire afternoon diagnosing and fixing a very challenging issue with my bike drive train. "Our new “go to” bike place in Miramar Beach! We were treated with such wonderful service we want everyone to know! My husband and I and two friends had just purchased new EBikes in Tulsa, OK and brought them to the beach to ride all week. On our first day of riding, I noticed I was not getting any assist and my speedometer was not working. We called our store in Tulsa and they recommended we take it to Robin’s Bikes & Fitness to get a diagnostic done. Robin took great care of us-he made us a priority and did the tests and worked with the manufacturer Giant. It turned out I was missing a speed sensor. Giant overnighted it and Robin fixed my bike as soon as he got it. My bike is under warranty but we felt like we owed Robin something for his time. He would not let us pay and said he hoped another store would do the same for one of his customers. We are so grateful. We love his store. Our friends bought some great phone holders for their bikes. They have really good accessories, clothes and bikes for sale-this will be our “go to” bike shop anytime we need anything when we are here each year. Highly recommend!"
