"POOR QUALITY PRODUCTS. I paid 7$ for a shovel for my kid to play with at the beach. Within less than a minute it was broken, such poor quality. My kid was so disappointed :( I went back to the store and they told me the manager wasn’t there, so I came back again, and again. The third time I went she was there and she was so rude! Wasted my money and my time. They sell complete garbage, I would not recommend buying anything there. BTW also bought T-shirts in another Alvin’s branch and the printing started peeling the same day."

"The cashier ask us to doble check our items before paying, she mentioned if is broken or missing pieces or if it was working well. Because they don’t do returns neither exchange. Other then that they have big inventory"
"Great selection of Florida souvenirs. Beach accessories Prices are very reasonable. Shelves are well stocked. The aisles are a little tight but the store is well organized. Plenty of parking. Good customer service."
"This store here in Destin is very well stocked, anything you could ever think of, they have. Trinkets, baja jackets, paddleboards, beer belts,, mugs, shirts in big sizes(which is so hard to find!!!) The general manager has the store very tidy, clean, and all of the employees are very helpful. 10/10 would go back again!"
