"Rented chairs and umbrella at Pelican beach resort Destin Claimed too windy for umbrella. Up and down beach in both directions umbrellas up at every condo Refunded money after several unpleasant exchanges with chair guy and calls to owners. Stay clear of condo and chair company"
"We have used this company for the past three years to reserve Beach Sets for our stay at Summer Place Condos. We are able to do everything online through their app. Once there on site, for the past two years we have had Jake help us out on our Beach Set and renting paddle boards and Kayaks. He is always friendly and seems eager to help us. He’s a great asset for your company."
"Great customer service! We reserved a pontoon a day ahead. The gentleman who secured the boat for us was extremely nice and efficient suggesting that we fill out all the paperwork right away to make check in faster the next morning. We arrived the 15 minutes early as suggested and were on our boat cruising away right at our reserved departure time. Boat was prepped well for us and very comfortable. All the directions and maps needed were provided and Davey was all ready for us on return. Will definitely rent again next time we vacation here."
"Loved this place! Uncomfortable seating in the cabin and 1 small recliner would have been great. Both TVs kept going off. Stove set off smoke alarm. Needs replacing."
