"At checkout, I was charged $12.99 for a bag of taffy being a sliver over one pound- it wasn’t even a full needle width over a pound. Had to take out ONE piece for it to be considered a pound for them to ring it up at $9.99. Buy one get one free sweatshirts, and still was charged $0.01 for the sweatshirt, which isn’t a big deal but was kind of annoying after the taffy. Customer service definitely lacks. There are other gift stores to go to."

"The most bad store in the hole world the quality is the WORST one. DO NOT BY FROM THEM!!! Custom service is so so bad expecali the manager. After 1 hour of waiting for the manager, who was supposedly very busy, she arrived dressed in a way that did not indicate in any way that she was part of this store she was not having badge with her name on it or writing that she was the manager, and her attitude towards me and my family was disrespectful and inappropriate for the position she holds. After telling me in a few words that their policy does not allow refunds for discounted items, because no wear is sayingthat they have that policy she laughed in my face and turned back on me and left without refunding the amount I had paid. The product label did not indicate in any way that the item was discounted. They offer poor quality goods after wearing the product 1 week the quality is going more bad and bad. I would advise their future customers to refrain from visiting these stores. I'm sorry I didn't read the reviews before I made the MISTAKE shopping at this store. I would never go back and advise my friends to do the same. DO NOT GO IN THE STORE. WISHING THEM TO LOST ALL OF CUSTOMERS!!!"

"Star and her employees are very VERY rude. T-shirts aren’t where they aren’t suppose to be and then they won’t honor you the price of where they are actually priced. It’s all a scam!! Be careful for what your paying for. I got a handful of sale swims for the babies that were outside on the sale racks and they tried to charge me full price!!!"

"This store is very big lol. It was across the stress from our condo so we did a few quick runs here. They stay open pretty late which was great for my group of night owls. It’s a lot of stuff but the flow is pretty good. We never had a wait for check out"

"On a lark we went in to see if I could find a light weight 3X sweatshirt. The staff took me to their 3X-5X section and I was amazed at the selection. I easily found the sweatshirt that was perfect. They clearly have the broadest and deepest selection of beach wear. Keep up the great work for your customers"
