"This place is terrible when and made a passport last year March 6 2022 still have not received it called multiple times ,when there almost every week. Last year everyone who works there kept telling me something different they don't communicate with each other I was yelled at by one of the lady who works there when I explain my frustration about the situation.Been calling them sense the year started they either put me on hold or hang up after I explain the situation they lack customer service and basic human decency I would not recommend this place if your lucky enough u may get your stuff done in a time manner"
"Horrible !!!Don t do it !!don't go there I'm telling you . I live almost 3 hours away , waiting on my mom passport now for 9 months now ,try to call every day multiple times a day no one answered .Stayed in the line yesterday on a Tuesday no Holiday 10/3/2023 from 10:05 -1200 that s 2 hours on hold no one answers . Typical Haitian business !! You ll get your passport faster in Haiti than here. Trust me when I say I'll spread the Word in the Haitian community where I live in and social media about this place to take their business elsewhere!!!!"
"I read these reviews and got kind of nervous but my experience was completely different. We arrived very early (7:45am) and waiting we were 2nd in line. If you are prepared and read the website for the forms needed it shouldn’t take long. They were professional and friendly."
