"This Michael's always has a very poor selection. You will likely find what you're looking for only 1 out of 5 visits, even if its something that other Michaels usually sell. It has an extremely limited yarn selection especially, you're better off going to Joann's or even Walmart. The one good part is that the employees are quite nice and will do their best to help you find what you need, though you're probably not going to find it here."

"Changing my rating because the past few months the store is bare. Usually only 2 visble workers and only at register. Isles looked like they've been ransacked. Prices aren't great either. So sad, it's just run down. Got a few things from their spring special. I feel this store has less stuff than the one where I used to go too. Don't really see staff except at register. Sometimes isles are really bare."

"Normally do not write reviews but I could not help myself. My mother in law and myself signed us as well as my sister in law up for a pumpkin floral centerpiece class. We signed up 2 months in advance and my SIL drove all the way here on her only day off from work and nursing school to attend this class. We get there at 1:50pm to purchase our pumpkin. The craft room was full of Christmas trees so they set up 2 tables in the middle of the store. By the time we got over to the tables they were all full which is fine. The lady instructing the class was very rude, no customer service skills whatsoever. How is she suppose to teach a class? We were informed that it didn’t matter that we signed up 2 months ago for the class that it’s first come first serve. Cashier also informed us that management didn’t care and that he would be mad too. Needless to say we will not be back to Michaels. So glad Jo-Ann fabrics is right down the road!"

"Great Place, Loved the selections available. Great Customer Service from Morgan who helped me find exactly what I was looking for. I was so happy when she took the time to actually take me to the location where the items were rather then just telling me where the items was and pointing towards an area like another employee did rudely with no regard to my first time visiting the store. I didn't get that Employee's name because she was too busy ignoring my frustration. Thank Goodness for Employee's like Morgan for going above and beyond to assist me. Because of her I will be back to this location for my art supplies. Morgan is Great and desrves recognition for her Fast Friendly Customer Service Support. I appreciate it very much."

"It It had exactly what we were looking for. I wanted to get an artist easel for my nephew who just started painting. We also were looking for color pencils that you do not need to sharpen. Not only did we find what we were looking for, we found something even better for my niece. The store is packed with so many great deals that it made our shopping quick and easy."
