"Wrong Parts, Broken tools, Delayed Shipping, Extremely poor customer service. Multiple times have I received the wrong parts. When I contacted customer service, they advised to send the parts back, only when they receive the return will send me the parts I actually paid for, ordered and waited for. Order held hostage! They refused to send the parts I ordered and needed for a job until they had the return in their hands. This sequence has happened twice; delaying jobs or forcing me to pay more for the parts locally. Another occasion they sent me a tool that was obviously damaged in shipping. Once I returned the tool to them, they charged me a restocking fee and proceeded to argue and make accusations of me that the tool was fine, even with them having the photographic evidence of the shipping damage and the broken tool returned to them. No management available EVER to handle disputes of any nature. Everyone there is a "manager". Much like the DMV as far as customer service goes. No one ever followed-up on my complaints, so here is my review. Only when/if they are the only company in the USA who have a part/tool might I now purchase from them. I might not receive what I paid for. Risky!!! The costs of packing things back up, dropping off at shipping company, waiting and waiting, outweighs any cost savings their prices might allow. Just about EVERYONE will price-match these days. Why not purchase from a company who does what's right? Another issue is that their website shows something available / in-stock and only after you purchase, will you get an email saying it will be "X" amount of time before they will ship to you. It could be months! The good: If you still want to purchase from them - the way they pack their shipments is superior to other companies (usually very good - tight and secure) and the quality of bags they put your orders in is thicker than others. (good for longer term storage). Their product selection is fine, and the website is easy to use."

He's always there to answer my questions and he can't he always tries his best to research and get me the answer from somebody else. Always getting my orders here on time. "Long story short: was instructed to order a part for my old security door per instructions of my locksmith. my locksmith, after a lot of follow-up, never returned to complete the job with this part and I thought that I would be stuck with it. I reached out to UHS customer service and they were extremely helpful in helping me return the item for a refund. I appreciate the great service and the understanding."

"I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with your company's preferred plus shipping program. I recently signed up for your program, which promised fast and flat rate shipping for orders over $149 and less than 2lbs. However, I have come to realize that this program is nothing but a scam. Screenshots attached. My order was 1.87 pounds and over $230. The were charging $14.95 shipping. When I contacted your customer service to inquire about a refund for the program, I was met with rude and unhelpful representative that said managers were in a meeting. They used the same excuse last time I had an issue. I am appalled by the lack of transparency and accountability in your company's shipping program. It is clear to me that this is nothing but a ploy to extract more money from unsuspecting customers without delivering on the promised service. Do not sign up for Preferred Plus and use other reputable locksmith dealers."

"Excellent customer service! I had ordered one of the telescoping stools from UHS and it collapsed on me the second time I used it in the field (I'm 185, so weight shouldn't have been an issue). Customer service explained that the item was not under warranty, yet they went ahead and sent a replacement. I like how they stood by a product they carried, so I would recommend them and will use them for locksmith parts in the future."
