"The people at this company are very nice BUT some of the products they sell are TOTAL trash specifically Cali Bamboo decking. Stay away. Trust me you will regret it. After a few short years their 25 year warranty is nowhere to be found. Look at the pictures and decide for yourself. The company makes all sorts of excuses including it's my fault, installers fault, factory fault yet.....they still sell this trash"

"I'm not sure where to even start. I usually don't leave reviews, but Brazilian Lumber has won me over. I've never had such fantastic customer service with so much attention for detail in my life. I would have to say it's more customer care than customer service. They truly strive to make the entire process go as smooth as possible, from inquiry to delivery. I would definitely use them for all my hardwood project needs, based solely on the customer care. Amazingly enough their product's quality match their overall business model, gorgeous wood! My sales associate was Karine. She was amazing from step one and kept me informed of every detail. I can't say enough positive things about her willingness to help me navigate through some tricky decisions. They didn't have the exact dimensions of some of the lumber I needed so she was able to have the perfect pieces custom milled for me.
