"Horrible experience! Went to get a dip manicure and I was given a new guy who didn't know what he was doing. My nails are uneven, not smooth and looks blotchy. I kept telling the guy what to fix and at the end it still looked terrible. Talked to the owner about my bad experience and he didn't care. This has happened on multiple occasions and I will not be going back because the owner is all about money and not customer service."
