"I did my nail there and mind you I always go there but this time they did such a horrible job and left dents on my nails and to top it off I had 5 nails break and fall out as if I had press on nails, within 2 days of getting them done, they charge me almost $100 and I go back so they can refund me or have someone else redo the whole thing because I didn’t want to come back working next couple of days if more more in less than a week, and I spoke to owner and she refused to redo my nails not give me my money back, the worst service ever, this is a scam!!! They do bad nail and charge you a big amount so you can return to them so if you decide to redo them then you have to pay her full price all over again!!! They are the worst!! Will let everyone know about them and will post on social media for no one to go there! I hate injustice!! If I can give her a 0 star I would! You have to be conscience of the things you do especially such a bad job like this, to keep client happy knowing your employee did a horrible job!!! Karma will handle them!!!"
"I really like coming here. There is always nail tech available, meaning no wait time. They are all very nice and professional. They all do really good job. The atmosphere is very relaxing and calm."
"I asked for a refill nude color and this is what I got. While I was there I asked for someone else to fix my nails and the owner told me she would have to charge me double. I paid $38 for this massacre and left. Worst nail experience ever."
"My usual place was full so gave this place a try. Totally bummed out because although the lady was really trying she did a horrible job on my dip manicure. I gave 2 stars because my feet were done well but my hands are a huge bust. I got cut. Nails are bumpy n not properly shaped. Like I said lady seemed like she was trying but clearly she doesn’t have the experience for dip."
