"WS Beauty Salon! If you are a regular client and know them well, good for you! For first time customers, try to avoid going there,,! The worse hair cut, ( It is so bad and ugly, I just can not believe it! When I look at myself every day in the mirror! I showed Wanda( the owner the hair cut, that I wanted to get! And of course, with blow dry, and all that , it was ok( that is what I thought) until I washed my hair 4 days after that terrible day! And If I tell you that I got a keratin treatment and if you see my hair, every one will laugh at me and even think that I am crazy! Please do yourself a big favor! Stay away from WS Beauty Salon!"

"I have gone to this salon over 5 times and never had an issue until Saturday. I am a licensed hairstylist as well as a Cosmetology instructor and this was a horrible job. I went in for a partial highlight like I have for the last 5 times. I was there all day and that isn't a problem I know sometimes it takes longer and when you are working with color things happen. What got me was when I had to ask the stylist if she was going foil the other side of my head. I was processing for a good 15min and then she said oh yes I'm sorry. Then she brought me to the bowl and had to tone me 3 times. Mean while she was talking to the other stylist about what to do in Spanish not knowing I can understand what she is saying. I had blead marks all over my head. Finally she was done All I see is orange at my root. Beautiful HOT ROOTS. Not all my root color is even the same you see orange spots all in the top of my hair parts of my head are my natural color and the rest orange .And now I am a corrective color. which will cost me even more money. I wouldn't have been mad if they owned up to there mistake again things happen and tell me to come back in a couple days and fix it. Instead they all said it looked beautiful and didn't see what I was seeing and it is clear as day."

"Normally, I don't leave reviews and if a service was bad I just decide not to go back. But my hair is heat damaged and they charged me $85 for it. I had a wash and set done to my natural hair. For starters, why charge me $85 if you're going to hand me a comb and tell me to help you comb out my hair? I believe it'd be more appropriate to ask another coworker for that kind of help. They also made me feel uncomfortable as they insisted, three different times, I get a Hair Botox done but didn't really explain to me what that was, just said my hair is dry and hard to comb through and getting that treatment would make it easier (for them). Given how protective I normally am of my hair, I was worried that this was some form of relaxer or texturizer. After doing some research, it's not too far off. And it really made me uncomfortable with the fact that I had to say no in three different ways. But back to the final straw that led to this review, I washed my hair after two weeks of having my hair straight and the texture of my hair isn't the same. My hair isn't reverting back to the curls I normally have, so it's heat damaged. I really wish I didn't pay $85 for them to ruin my hair."

"I am extremely picky with my hair but Wanda did an such an amazing job to my hair. She is extremely good at what she does. I did Botox and highlights to my hair and it came out fantastic. I do recommend this beauty salon and Wanda for her expertise in this industry."

"I love Wanda’s salon. I do my hair with Jennifer, a very skilled hairstylist with passion for her work. I’ve been doing my hair with Jennifer for about 5 years and I’m very happy with the quality of her work and amazing kindness and professionalism. I have done my hair with Wanda a couple of times and she’s excellent too. The support staff at the salon are very good too, and very friendly. I highly recommend this salon!"
