The Nail Lounge Miramar

"I hate to write reviews like this but I'm actually shocked by the way my nails came out after my most recent visit to this salon. I used to come to this salon religiously before the pandemic and of course things change but I decided to give them a try before the new year. I requested a gel mani and regular pedicure with a soak off. After some thought I decided to get an overlay but was later told I wouldn't be able to get the service since they did not have anyone available. COMPLETELY UNDERSTANDABLE so I decided to continue my original service. Once I was assigned a nail tech she informed me she doesn't not know how to remove the structured gel manicure on my hands (even thought it's a simple fill off). I asked was there anyone else that was available to remove it and after consulting the front desk she later told me no. I said ok let's try to work something through and she decided to put dip powder on top of my structured gel manicure. It looked a complete mess. Even the tech next to her was trying to help and she responded with "I'm only going to do what I'm comfortable with." I was furious. I have never experienced something like this before. Before COVID it didn't matter who I went to at this salon; EVERYONE was amazing. Now I don't think that same energy is there. Overall my pedicure felt like a polish change; my cuticle weren't pushed back and my toes nails were not even cleaned. I paid my tab and walked out very upset. Overall I would not recommend this location due to my experience. I truly hope they train their team to handle certain situations so this doesn't happen again."

"My family and I have been coming here for years ( since I was in high school) and I will always come back. You absolutely need an appointment but the level of professionalism, and treatment is amazing. TY is my favorite for acrylics and everyone else is pretty great."

"Brian did such a great job on my yellow dip manicure & he did it so swiftly. This is the best dip set I have ever gotten and it’s not thick. This is my second time going to the Nail Lounge Miramar and I was serviced by someone different each time. It doesn’t matter who you go to, they all do an outstanding job. The French gel manicure was my first manicure done, and I believe it was done by Tina. She did an outstanding job as well"

They communicate often if running behind which I love and they have the cutest spot. Cute decor. Talented staff. Try out nail art! Full staff bound to find someone you love. And SO many colors to choose from."
