"To maintain my privacy I generally don’t leave reviews. This is a first, overdue, and SO well deserved. A few weeks ago my young daughter booked a last minute appointment at this salon for a set of gel nails. We were not in close proximity to the salon at the time and rushed to get there. It was almost closing time and we arrived late. Parker, who was literally getting ready to leave for the night accommodated her. She was incredibly patient, courteous, kind and SUPER METICULOUS with doing my daughter’s nails. Not once did she make either of us feel rushed or uncomfortable as a result of the inconvenience. She's not only a master at her craft, Parker's professionalism and demeanor are top notch!! I can’t give her enough praises. My daughter’s nails turned out SO beautifully!!! Thank you, Parker. We’ll definitley be booking with you going forward. You are truly a GEM!!! : )"

"Receptionists were very sweet. And Cindy who did my daughter's nails was also very sweet and did a great job. My nail tech was less than friendly, appeared irritated and acted borderline rude. The male manager made us feel very unwelcome. I had a great experience the first time we came, but the male manager there today -(in addition to my own nail tech) is the reason I unfortunately won't be back to the Davie location."

"Hello! I absolutely loved the way Emylee does my nails— from start to finish. I requested to do a New Years design, and she was able to accommodate to my needs. Thank you to everybody at Posh!"

"My sister had the WORST nail experience at this nail salon. She takes good care of her nails and is always mindful of who she gets her nails done with, so she had requested someone who works well with doing dip powder nails as she is not a regular at this salon. Soon after her arrival, it was clear that no one took her request seriously. While she was getting her pedicure done, they asked her if they could start her nails in the chair, which she agreed to thinking it would only be the initial soaking off stage. However, the person taking care of her manicure started to roughly drill and put her nails in acetone (as opposed to just soaking them) to the point where there was major discomfort. She also mentioned that the lady was using A SPOON to apply the dip powder onto her nails, a technique which neither of us have ever heard of before in our lives. Keep in mind that this is all being done in a rush on the pedicure chair, which affected the quality and the shape of her manicure. Her cuticles are all messed up, and her nails look crooked. My sister is extremely upset, saying that her nails are still sore from her appointment which was YESTERDAY. I’m clearly upset on her behalf since she was looking forward to this appointment. I DO NOT recommend coming here."

"Just came from my appointment- doing a manicure and pedicure for my birthday. I usually go to the location in Weston- which I like but they had no availability for the 2 services I desired today. The nail technician did her best to try and create the color and nail shape I desired and I appreciated that. The positivity of that appointment stopped there. While there, my technician interacted with everyone else except me. FOR TWO AND A HALF HOURS!!! The workers were so chummy with one another and even spent most of my appointment talking smack about a fellow technician (the only woman of color there). Another technician also felt the need to share with the woman doing my nails that she thought that my chrome nails were “too much” but that they “looked nice anyway”. It was so unprofessional and uncomfortable. They just kept finding opportunities to talk about this woman. (Why not just reprimand or correct her in private- or just fire her?!) I’m so mad at myself as I wish I would have said something to that young lady before I left (ugh!). But I was in a rush and wanted to get out of that environment. YUCK! Will go back to the usual Weston location I frequent and book in advance in the future. I hope they see this and do better. That was unpleasant."
