"Listen if you are looking for a consistent nail tech this is the woman for you, she understands to the fullest extent of what you are looking for, she fixed my toes from acrylic that was poorly done at a typical nail salon , you won’t get this kind of treatment from just anywhere. I found them via Google reviews, and they stood out because they seemed to be the only high-rated local company that 1) didn't have any reviews less than 5 stars and 2) didn't disrespect reviewers in their responses to any reviews. The setup at JC Salons is great for them. Such a different feel than a typical salon that feels like a factory, not only because of the set up but also how you are treated. No rushing. You feel like a client and not like a number. No forced conversation but genuine interactions. Jay also remembers little details about you and your specific nail needs, which I really appreciate. The awesome customer service is just half of it. I have gotten my nails done by both Jay and Jazzy. Best gel manicures I have ever gotten... Ever. No cracking, no lifting off my nail, no chipping.
