Lovely Nails

"I did my nails with David and the woman at the register charged me extra. David only charged me $50 but she charged an extra $10. Why is she charging extra when my nail tech gave her a flat price? I’m never going there again. There are so many nice nail places in Davie that treat you better. The woman at the register, whoever she is, has no customer service skills. They should take care of their regular customers. I’ve been going there for years but never again."

"Lovely nails didn’t fail me once again! Loved loved loved these nails and my nail tech Andy did a wonderful job doing them and his service and attitude was fantastic, he was very gentle and kind and understanding when I wanted to fix anything. 100% an amazing experience!"

"If I could give this place a zero I would. This has to be one of the worst nail salons I have ever been to. First and foremost, I asked for dip powder and the lady ignores my request and proceeds to give me gel. I showed her a picture of what I wanted which was French v-tip acrylic nails. She told me that she was able to do it. Everything was done horribly. The nails were not the desired length I wanted, it was not the desired shape I wanted (coffin) and during drilling the nails, she cut me multiple times and didn’t apologize. When she was drilling my nails I kept moving my nails and saying ouch but clearly that wasn’t enough for her because she still kept grabbing my hand to continue. She then gets a random pink gel nail polish color that she was going to apply on the nail. I told her that it’s not the color that I wanted. I have been to countless salons and when doing v-tip Acrylic nails, you have to use pink dip powder in order to get the base color of the French tips then apply the white over it. But this lady wanted to do it her way and I can already see that it was not gonna be how I wanted it. I told her to forget the French tips and just give me a normal regular polish color. She kept pressuring me to get Gel color instead even after countless times of me telling her that I wanted regular polish. My nails were already so messed up at this point I just wanted a regular color. She did a horrible job, my nails had acrylic still on the cuticle area and also had nail polish all over my fingers. I went back into the nail salon with my mom and she had them fix it but the Lady was giving so much attitude we just told her to remove them completely. She didn’t even remove them properly she just cut the tips of the nails. she was so rough that the acrylic that was left on my cuticle bled because she ripped it off instead of taking them off properly. We demanded our money back and left. the lady was not apologetic at all and she had an attitude the whole time. I would not recommend this place at all."
