"I love Erika!!! She's so detailed & gives you exactly what you ask for. She also does your cuticles, something a lot of salons don't do anymore.... My nails do not break at all, she does a very good job! Salon is super clean! I found my new nail tech, that's for sure :) Thank you Erika, you're the best!!!"

"***UPDATE BELOW*** I used to really like coming here. Today my appointment for a fill was at 2:15. The woman in charge started my nails and then told me to sit somewhere else because someone else was going to finish. That’s fine. No big deal. She’s been doing that the last few times I have gone in there. At 2:45 after already waiting, I’m asked if I can wait longer so the woman can go eat. All the while other people are coming in and being helped. I am a regular customer, every 2-3 weeks I’m in there and I tip well. I deserve better. I ended up just walking out with my nails looking absolutely crazy. I would rather go home and cut them off then give someone my time, money, and energy to a company who didn’t respect those to begin with. Such a shame. I did really like coming here. ***I debated whether to update or delete my review however, I figure that people would appreciate something real. What’s real is every company makes mistakes. What happens afterwards is what sets the good, the bad, and even just ok companies. Natural Nails is one of the good ones. Erika, the owner, contacted me and apologized for the situation. They also comped a full set so I wasn’t walking around all crazy looking. Now, I have a beautiful full set of nails. I believe she said her name was Kelly (apologies if I’m wrong). "I’ve been going to this nail spot for a little over a year now and I have no complaints. The service is always fantastic. I was scared at first to get a design but they always copy the design to a T. And the prices are very good and affordable. I 100% recommend."

"Terrible quality!. I had never seen a bad manicure servíce like this one. I made the dip powder Saturday march 11, and 8 hours later I had 3 nails that the polish came out completely. I called the owner to explain to her exactly what happened!. I don’t recommend this place for anyone who is looking for a good quality because it is expensive this service (Dip powder) and they don’t have quality at all on their service."
