"First time here and never coming back… had a very bad experience with a regular gel pedicure, it took the technician (Stephanie if I’m not mistaken) over an hour (one hour and 20 minutes) to do it, I told her since the beginning that I had a total of two hours to get the pedicure and nails (acrylic full set) done and that if that was not possible we could just do the new set and she said she had enough time to do both. The pedicure experience was not good at all, but the fact that she knew that I had to get nails done as well and needed to be out of the salon by a specific time and still didn’t ask another technician to help to speed up the process as a customer was not good, even when they were multiple technicians available. When she was done with the pedicure another technician was going to do my set and it was a whole different story, he was great, he understood the situation ( and he mentioned he was available earlier and he could have started the process way sooner) and did the best that he could have possible done as quickly as he could, his name is Quant if I’m not mistaken, and appears as “Q” if you are booking on the app. The cost of the gel pedicure was $50 and it was absolutely NOT WORTH IT, and they charge $5 to remove the gel even though your are getting gel again, that’s a first time for me. Very poor customer service from the lady of the front desk as well, left a very bad taste for a first time customer."

"The salon is super nice and clean although I don’t think some technicians are trained to be at their best. I had a refill for dip powder and one of my nails was broken, the lady that did my nails clearly didn’t know how to shape it cause the one nails that she had to repair looked terrible and I would cry if all my nails looked like that so I just took the nail fail from her and shaped it myself. Everything else was fine the french tips could’ve been better but after the terrible shaping I didn’t expect nothing else. Although when I checked out I got charged extra 10$ for the length of my nails and extra 10$ for the shape of my nails witch she didn’t even shape just went around them cause as I said it was a refill. I would suggest just to include it all in the price or explain it to people before getting the service done! I would come back just maybe for a different technician."

"I came here today for the first time and I felt like I found my new nail spot. The decor from the outside to inside is beautiful and they took me without any appointment which was great and they took care of me right away. The lady doing my pedicure Fernanda was super nice and friendly and offered me a drink. My pedicure came out really pretty, she took her time and took her time which I really appreciate. The other lady doing my nails kimmy was also very attentive. She took her time and did the exact same design I requested which I was very happy with. I will definitely be coming back!!"
