"I did my lashes here on Dec. 30 in the afternoon and then Dec.31 in the morning it was gone. They ruined my birthday. They didn’t try to fix it or anything. They said you lost your money and said they have another client. She was so rude and ignored me. I didn’t wash my face like she said. Don’t go! You will waste your money."
"I usually have such a good experience but I showed them a picture of what I wanted and have had before (so I know the design is possible). The gentleman had me wash my hands and the paint wasn't dry. He had to retouch them and still bad. Couldn't even get straight lines. At least they didn't cut me but, not worth it. Go somewhere else lol"
"I’ve experienced having to go back to fix issues too many times and this is getting so frustrating. This was a simple gel manicure. It’s messy and uneven, not to mention the “matching” set one my toes are two completely different colors. I have yet to go to this place and not have someone cut me. I understand accidents but more than once is unacceptable and very unsanitary. I feel like these mistakes wouldn’t happen if they weren’t rushing to get you out before they close. I’ve had decent experiences, don’t get me wrong but if you want quality, sanitation and professionalism…I would find somewhere else."
