"I really love this place. Bella treats me and my daughter like family and she is the best nail technician I have ever used. She definitely does quality over quantity and her designs are amazing."

"I've come here several times. I notice they all charge whatever they want. This time I said I want an Acrylic fill, last time 2 weeks ago I had a full gel set which cost $50. But I see on their board it says $40. She didn't need to remove any nails. I removed them. I get short nails. This time she said why don't you get gel, I told her trying to cut back, work is slow. She said well it take long to dry. I said that's ok. She said "Only $35 for gel fill." I said no thank you. Plus I like to change color sometimes. When time to put polish on, she again said, "so you want Gel". I said No again. So when I went to pay she said $35. I said how can that be, you said Gel was $35. I couldn't understand her reply. I said, I guess I should have done the Gel since you charged me for it anyway. I tipped her well too, which i wish i hadn't now. She did a nice job, but will NEVER return here. I don't like being ripped off. Place was dead. I asked her if busy weekend since holiday, she said No very slow. I can see why. My last tech I went to for over 5 years. If they treat me right I stay with the same Tech. Even give extra holiday tips and Birthdays too."

"Had my acrylics done twice here. I actually really liked the lady doing them. She did a fabulous job, the nails looked great! After about two weeks one of the nails popped off, as acrylics often do, and I noticed a slight green color. Thought maybe my nail was bruised. I decided to take the rest of the acrylics off and discovered two more green nails. Definitely not a bruise, it’s fungus. A total of 3 of my nails have it. This is really upsetting and disgusting. In all of the years of getting my nails done I’ve never experienced this before. Very sad"

"I came in for a removal and the girl working on me asked if I wanted a manicure. I inquired about it because I was interested but when I refused she became upset. She began removing my nails by sticking a tip under the acrylic. I asked her if I could soak the acrylics off because I have sensitive nails. She continued to put the tip under my nail to remove them as I was talking to her about it. I was verbally and physically showing her I was in pain. She took off a total of four nails and I had to physically take my hand back so she wouldn’t continue. I then asked again if there was any way I could receive a soak off and she said no. I proceeded to tell her that I always receive soak offs for acrylic removal, that people usually drill the top off and then soak them and then drip to remove. I never once said she was bad at her job or was telling her what to do, I was requesting a soak off because my nails were hurting. She proceeded to tell me to endure the pain because I only had 4 nails left (i came with three already off). I said not because it was breaking my mail and hurting me. She got rude and defensive saying I was trying to tell her how to do her job and told me to go whatever salon had done soak offs. I told her I was comfortable paying for a service where she only took off 4 nails and they were while I was refusing and requesting a soak off. She threatened to call the cops and was yelling at me so then I began to say it was BS and paid her and left. Ridiculous service. I have gotten better soak offs there with other techs and the other techs are sweet. It was just this girl, I am only sorry I didn’t get her name."
