"I decided to give this salon a try. Claudia was very kind and pleasant during my appointment. While in her chair we discussed I wanted a haircut due to my hair falling. She shared she needed to cut quite a lot and I asked her to show me what length I would end up with. She showed me the length would end right below the shoulder to which I agreed. She went ahead to cut the hair and it ended up being way too short. I told her that when she showed me the back and her answer was “but it looks healthy, it will brown back”. Totally dismissing my comment. I decided to pay and just allow a few days to see how I felt with the cut. After 2 days I messaged her to let her know she cut it too short, not the length we discussed and that I was not pleased. I never got a response, no apology or at the very least an offer to Refund at least part of what I paid. For $80 I could have gone to Palm Beach island and get a top stylist that actually listens to the client and at the very least would try to fix the damage. I was disappointed!"

"One of the best places I’ve been too hands down. I was greeted by one of the owners, Claudia when I came in and was offered a beverage a delicious bites while I waited. It’s clean and classy and staff of family oriented and friendly. They have this beautiful hand painted mural in the back that I absolutelyyy loved. I was seated by Claudia’s daughter that goes by “Chiki”. She made me feel right at home and carried the best conversation. In the end she did highlights and tone and a cut with a treatment that left my hair silky soft. I’ve never had service as good as this and I would recommend everyone to come and get their hair done here!. They are amazing and do a great job. I loved the outcome! And going to a new place can be scary! But hey they did notttt disappoint!!"

"Let me start by saying that this place is awesome. You always feel at home. This last time I called Claudia on Thursday last minute to see if she could do my hair on Friday after work and she didn’t hesitate and booked me on for 5:30pm. I needed to retouch my color with highlights. Have in mind they close at 7pm, well in no given moment I felt like Claudia ever rushed through it and she even had family from out of town waiting on her to go places. But she took her time and my hair came out perfect, even better than last time as the color is getting better. I even asked her to cut my daughter’s ends while we wait for my treatment and she did it too. The whole staff is super friendly and professional and the salon is clean and welcoming. Will highly recommend to friends and family!"
