"I scheduled for the first time to get my nails done the day before an interview and asked for dip French nails. I had Tina who kept trying to convince me not to do dip and try something else. I continued with dip and she seemed very unsure with what she was doing. I ended up spending almost two hours there. At the end, she decided to pick up nail polish and start polishing over all the work she already did. She ended up free handing using nail polish and made a French tip. I thought this was a little odd but didn’t want to question her. That night, all of the nails started chipping. By the time I woke up every nail peeled off. I rescheduled my interview and came in the next day and asked to get them fixed with someone else and for a refund. Haley who was very nice fixed my nails for me. When it was time for a refund, Tina said absolutely not. I explained that I shouldn’t have had to come back. I wasn’t asking for her to fix the dip, she needed to remove the polish that u DIDN’T ask for. She got into a screaming match with me and told me to call the cops because not getting a refund. Literally the worst experience I’ve ever had at a nail salon in South Florida."

"Went in with my friend and we both had a terrible experience. The lady that did my friends pedi attempted to get an ingrown toenail fixed but didn’t and now her toenail is red and swollen. On my case the guy hurt 3 of my finger with the tool he used to remove the previous gel pedicure I had. It is uncomfortable to even put socks on. I still don’t understand how he hurt my toe so far up."

"If you are getting a pedicure, please save your money. They are really nice but they do not provide quality service unfortunately. Got a shellac pedicure and they were messed up pretty bad, went back to fix them and they sent me home with this....."
