"We received first class, five star service from beginning to end. Our sales manager, Ryan, went above and beyond to help us complete our project while working with our budget. Our materials were delivered much quicker than expected. Our installer, Fabio, far exceeded our expectations. He was punctual, professional, and went the extra mile to make sure everything was perfect. His attention to detail was what impressed us most. He was someone that we felt comfortable having in our home. He honestly receives our highest accolades! We 100% recommend Flooring America and its team for any and all of your flooring projects."

"FLOORING AMERICA NIGHTMARE. Now I know why they force you to pay 100% before they start. A “simple” two day install on premium Coretec vinyl flooring has turned into a 8+ day job indefinitely on hold while material is located. Workers sliced up installed flooring with sloppy cutting. Boards installed over debris. They tried hiding numerous broken edges and damage with crayons and lied claiming it was drying glue. They claimed to sell me 15% extra material to be safe but we are out of material and the final box was mislabeled and the top piece flipped over to hide that my last box of light tan oak was dark gray random flooring. Now they can’t find material to finish the job properly and the owners won’t speak with customers. They sub out your jobs and expect you to supervise their workers and if you walk away for a second, they will sneakily try to install the floor with no prep so be prepared to supervise the job or hire a contractor to be on site the entire install. Insist on having your floor independently inspected as they try to get you to sign off that you are happy with the job during the install. After they sanded morter INSIDE my house to fix their mistakes and didn’t even bother to cover the furniture they emailed me to is my responsibility to clean up their mess and pay for the sofa to be cleaned. Today is day 9 since I requested the owner call me. Hopefully they have a solution soon."

"An over a month long ordeal with Flooring America. Not recommended at all. Details below. We had just purchased a home and decided to replace our flooring with LVP. We searched around and we initially had a great first impression of a salesperson from Flooring America who is often called out in great reviews here on Google. He was extremely attentive in getting us quotes and walking us through financing. We were told the flooring we had selected was in stock and we were excited to have new flooring prior to us moving in. It was all downhill from there. The day after we applied for financing, we received a text message stating that they did not have enough inventory to cover the entire installation and they were short 500 sq ft, so we had to settle for a partial installation, which left us with bare flooring for over a month. From September 19th when we had put the order in, all the way to November 2nd. It took over 44 days to finally get enough supplies to finish the installation. It took over 3 shipments to get the right amount of inventory for installation due to flooring damaged upon arrival. All of this could have been avoided if the salesperson did his due diligence and checked the inventory before putting in for the installation. Because of this, we had to extend our storage rental for an extra month and we had to rent a U-Haul twice due to these delays. What's even worst, is that we had to throw a house warming party with an incomplete flooring job and my niece had cut her foot on a loose nail on the bare staircase. Between the dates stated above, it was a very frustrating time getting a hold of our salesperson and updates on our orders. I spoke more with his colleague over the phone just to get the answers I needed. The only upside to this whole ordeal were the installers. When they finally had enough inventory, the installers were prompt and hard working and did a great job with our new flooring. It's a shame that the communication and customer service had failed us. Now that this job is finally behind us, we are looking to replacing the flooring in our rental property. We will not be considering Flooring America for our next job and we don't recommend you do either. Not until they get their inventory control in line and their communications improved."
