"Our builder used this company to install tile in our new home. They did a terrible job and we ended up retaining a tile expert whose report reflects: (1) At least 22 areas in the house where tiles with the same pattern were placed adjacent to each other in the same manner; (2) Grout joint widths not consistent and varying from 3/32" to 5/32" throughout house; (3)Tile lippage in at lease 32 areas ranging up to .093; (4) Flatness greater than the TCNA requirements in at least 3 rooms; (5) Low grout joints throughout house, with no consistent depth. Interior Logic insists the tile installation complies with industry standards. It might be their standards, but not the standards reflected in the Tile Council of North America's Handbook - check for yourself. if you don't care how your tile looks, hire them. If you want your tile to look like it was installed by someone who knew what they were doing, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY."
"Super unresponsive company. ILG came out and did some carpet work three weeks ago and was supposed to return the next day to finish, which they did not. I've been working with Amber and she won't return phone calls or emails. Save yourself the headache and use anyone else."
