"Very confused shopping experience here. They have items marked down in the store, but the register doesn't scan sale price. Cashier told me she has to go by the register, but clearly, there is a sign on the shelf. Even the app/website has a discounted price. Then she tells me "we are not joanns".......umm ok."
"This store has severely gone down hill. Max employees about 2-3 a shift if you’re lucky. They never fulfill online orders properly or timely and by the time they’re filled they are sold out of some of the products. Store is incredibly messy and unkempt. The AC was completely broken leaving employees and customers to shop in heat. Leak in the ceiling and buckets placed underneath. This store needs a severe overhaul. The Alafaya Joann’s is always SO much more organized, efficient and has a better selection of products."
"Employees are kind and helpful. However the AC had been broken for a while. It was soooo hot in here and it was night time so the sun wasn’t even out. Cruel temperature and stagnant air, unfit for both customers and employees. See me at Michaels/hobby lobby/ or any other store. It’s hot and uncomfortable to shop."

"Very large store that offers a large amount of craft and sewing items. Store was neat and clean. Isle were well organized. There seemed to be enough staff on hand. Staff was not overly friendly just kind of there. Prices seemed a bit high even when on sell. I get the feeling they are there stuff up just so they can always have it on sell."
