"Update! It’s going to be a year and we have not received our exchange. Also our tile was send to Italian tile and now they denied ever receiving it. After numerous calls from Taylor Morrison we have not been able to get our exchange and it’s a finger pointing game between Daltile and Italian tile. I stoped by because I had a unique issue where our builders had bought the wrong tile for our home and we needed to exchange it. However we did not have a receipt and minimal information. Lucas the Mgr and his Hawaiian side kick were very helpful made calls and went above and beyond to track down the order and resolve our issue. Then the girl up front walked us through a few options based on our taste and shipped samples to our house to help us make a decision. Overall this team took a very stressful situation for us new homeowners and turned into a very positive experience. I definitely recommend them for any of your tile and floor projects!"
