"Stopped in to buy bathroom tiles and kitchen backsplash. They were not open and the sign said they worked on appointment basis preferably. Their website has no mention of this. We called the number and the owner said she was a few minutes away. We waited. When she arrives she did not acknowledge our presence or apologize for the misinformation. We went in and she proceeded to say look around in a very uninterested manner and did not ask us any questions as to what we were looking for. She is extremely customer unfriendly and would highly recommend for anyone interested in friendly and helpful service look elsewhere for their renovation ideas!"

"Celia Vanley is, indeed, a master designer. I made an appointment and walked in with a friend. There was tile everywhere! Where to start? I spotted a beautiful “remnant mosaic” on the wall. Celia started with that. From there we went to coordinating wall tile, floor tile, and floor tile design. While answering her phone, I saw her sketch my bathroom floor, as if as a casual doodle, and it was with that sketch that I excitedly envisioned my whole new bathroom. Everything went together. She even jarred my sensibilities with recommendations for shower and sink fixtures, which I had never considered, but which proved to be perfectly coordinated. Celia also recommended contractors who were outstanding in their skill and professionalism. I want to find another project for her to do. Thank you again, and again, and again."
