"went in for basic mani/pedi. they tried to upsell more expensive services the entire time. it felt like very little effort was put into my service because i chose something so simple. the tech only filed one hand while doing my manicure. he only added 1 coat and I asked for a few small hearts for valentines day and one hand was very poorly done and he felt okay letting me get up from the chair that way. not everyone was gel/acrylic/dip etc., and i think the effort should be the same no matter what a customer is asking for. first and last time going here."

"I like this place, they are quick and they do decent work. But, I don't know if it's me, but every time I get my dipped nails done, they always chip prematurely. And I can't be sure if I can blame myself because I've gone to other places and I don't have that issue."
"So I decided to try the nail salon and what a disappointment, I had one lady do my pedicure who by the way doesn’t massage your feet and a different lady to do my fills/gel. I was charged $6 extra to get my nails filed down and an extra $3 for a broken tip. Any mail place I‘be been to, doesn’t charge an extra fee to file down the mail, it is part of getting a fill done, obviously your nail has grown and this is why you get a fill done. Sadly, I will not return, I will stick to Venetian’s in Plantation"
"Terrible experience. Booked an appointment with Jay. Jay gave me an attitude while i was trying to figure out what i wanted done on my nails, i asked for a light pink powder and he does a base color in powder that’s very sheer and looks like my nails are unfinished. I was debating on a design and he gave me attitude because i wasn’t pleased with the french tip he did. I was asking him to fix the shape a bit because my nails look too thick and bulky and he again gave me attitude. In the end i just had to settle for what he gave me to avoid him from getting more upset. I like my nails to look dainty and delicate and he just made them look so manly and unfinished, i want to cry. Worst money i ever spent! So upsetting."
