"I came into the shop expecting there to be some sort of a wait, it’s Friday, i didnt have an appointment, etc.. i was fine with waiting but the blatant unprofessional was way too much. The guy at the front told me to sit and someone would be with me in a few minutes.. after TWENTY minutes of sitting and waiting, he comes back to me and tells me that everybody has appointments so it’s gonna be hard for them to fit me in for a while. Here’s the thing, I’m NOT upset about the fact that everybody was busy, I’m pissed that it took y’all almost 30 minutes to let me know that. I think that’s so unprofessional and a huge inconvenience because i could have found another shop to have my nails done. No one was apologetic and no one seemed to care how much of an inconvenience it caused me. That is not okay and i really do not appreciate how you guys run your business."
"This is the BEST manicure I’ve ever gotten in my life!!!! I am shocked! You must come and see KIM!!! $30 for a gel manicure, $18 for a regular manicure. I will be coming here forever!!!!"
"Love getting my nails done here. I always go to Yolanda or DD and they’re great with keeping their appointments. Their skills are immaculate and my nails easily last 4 weeks. No matter what design I choose, they always do an amazing job. They’re very up to date with the latest trends."
"Worst customer service I ever received I booked two appointments days in advance and when I got there they said only one appointment was booked and the gentleman at the front counter said “oh I am sorry I can’t help you or do nothing for you, I asked him if he could provide a discount for this huge inconvenience since I had to rebook for a later time that day he said “no sorry I can’t help you” I asked for the manager’s information or the individual in charge and he said “the manager is not here and if you are that upset you can go somewhere else” What kind of customer service is this and I have been coming to this nail salon for over a year. With someone like that at the front desk dealing with customers I will never recommend here to anyone. WORSE SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED!!!!!!!!"
"My daughter scheduled an appointment for me. She had been a regular customer. I don't wear gel polish. Regular polish has lasted 2 weeks! (Shocker) even self washing my car, and it still looks presentable 2 weeks later. I'm really impressed, I experienced great service and runs on time."
