"I don't care for treatment at Sarasota store. Due to Cov19 they have inside counters closed yet sales people have to go inside to place order. No one was outside & no one greeted us when we arrived. Stood outside for 20 minutes even if it was 10 it was to long. We asked other people/customers where do we go. They pointed to inside the counter location, so we walked in & OMG as we stepped in we where rudely greeted. "Get out of here!"... So I asked where do we go? They pointed out there! Hey there is no reason to yell at customer if your having issues greeting us. Kept thinking about the whole situation & realized it's managements fault. They don't control the situation when more than 2 clients show up as management has not learned to respect the situation plaguing all of us. We are all exposed Everytime we go to work outside & encounter others. If you expect to control people /clients then please learn to greet them then direct them. Not the opposite yell at them, paper signs on windows are not enough. We went to the supposed new area but no one was there. No arrangement as tables where scattered around no formal or no formalities applied, & as time is money, and as owner of my business there was no acknowledgement that I was there. I like the new guys but clearly they are under great deal of stress both fr clients, wrong deliveries and worst management. Management needs to correct this by being involved & help. As being once president of a 200 personal in various duty landscape firm with retain & wholesale sales counters, you must treat the lowest 1 dollar customer as if they are most important otherwise it will be the demise if another business breath's your way then it's game over. Please correct this situation"
