"DO NOT GOT HERE. Incredibly disappointed with the "service" we received here. We were trading in a bad Generator that we have ONLY had for 4 months for a new one, only to be met by an incredibly rude manager. He was blunt, unhelpful and dismissive. When we called the store ahead of time to confirm they could help with the switch, the said "of course come on down and we will take care of you", this could not have been further from the truth. Once we got the many issues "resolved" and the generator out to the parking lot, they hit us with the "we don't do installs here", after explicitly telling us on the phone that they DO. They then refused to help us load an extremely heavy generator onto the trailer, something that is a 2-3 man job, they just watched as we did it as a one man job . This store and its manager DO NOT CARE about their customers, they have no idea of customer service and should be ashamed of themselves. AVOID THIS STORE!!!"
