"Sally, and the whole staff was an absolute pleasure to work with. You expect excellent customer service during the initial sales process, but it's when an issue arises is when you may have doubts how it would be handled. Well, not at Floors 4 Pros! I sent a text messages to Sally early one morning with an issue we were having. To my surprise, she responded back immediately and asked for a few photos. After receiving the photos I received a phone call assuring me that everything would be fixed. Fast forward 10 days after that communication and Jorge, the installer was at my home to repair the issue. Sally, and Jorge made the whole process as stress free as possible. "Most companies are great at the time of the sale...we expect that. But it is after the service after the sale that in my opinion reveals the true character of a company and it's leaders. I bought a house that had a problem with the floors. I don't know who installed the floors, but I turned to Floors 4 Pros to get the problem fixed and all I can say is WOW. They sent a guy in within a week. He was extremely courteous and professional, and he really knew his stuff. He diagnosed the problem, took apart the baseboard and floorboards around the problem area, fixed the issue and put everything back looking as good as new. All this in less than a day, and I couldn't believe how low the bill was. Floors 4 Pros really helped me out of a jamb, even though they weren't the original installers. Most other companies would balk at being asked to fix someone else's problem, but these folks stepped right up and did a fantastic job at a really great price. Honest, trustworthy, dependable and very knowledgeable. I can't recommend them highly enough."
