"I had the pleasure of working with Jason and his team to complete a renovation project of my flooring and complete bathroom remodel. After being jerked around by another company it was refreshing to work with honest, hard working people that got things done quickly. Watching Jason at work measuring and envisioning what the space could look like gave me great confidence and he really came through. He brought several materials and options to my condo to choose from and everything turned out great, especially the custom tile shower. I was impressed with his level of detail and making sure everything was done how he would have wanted it as if it was his own home. The contractors in and out of the house were fast and respectful as well. We plan to have him back to remodel our 2nd bathroom soon."

"My initial interaction on the phone with Jason was great. He was very nice and we set an appointment. I called on the morning of the appointment to ask him to be on time and it went to voice mail. 38 minutes before our appointment I received a call back from a lady who said that Jason was still out of town. She said she called because she heard my message on the message machine. I said that I had been sitting all morning at home waiting for Jason, and it was not professional to cancel at the last minute. She refused to apologize for canceling the appointment at the last minute, telling me that they were "very busy", and then hung up on me. When I wrote to Jason, he took the same position, defending the bad attitude of the lady who called. While I understand that changes can occur in one's travel plans, there is no excuse for not calling within a reasonable time to cancel, so that I can go about my day. This was simply a no-show. A simple apology for making me sit at home the whole morning would have resolved the whole matter."

"I had carpet barn make me a custom carpet for our boat. Jason and his wife were amazing from beginning to end. Jasons wife, I feel awful I can't remember her name, was amazing in understanding what I was looking for. She helped me find the perfect carpet choice for our yacht. Jason is an absolute perfectionist. He was very concerned about getting the perfect custom fit. The carpet had to be fit around fixed furniture and a fixed table. I can't even put into words how completely perfect the carpet fit. Jason is amazing at what eh does. I would never use anyone else after finding this great company. The treat the way it used to be in the good ole days."
