"02/19- we purchased 7:20am a small order of approx 100sqft , cashier said I can call one of my crews to pick up order, they will go ahead and start picking it now. My crew arrived 1 hour later 830am, the guy at the back door said they will have to wait TWO hours , after confirming it will be ready for pick up. I attempt to call the store at 1105 to verify if the order is ready , I CALLED EVERY EXTENSION POSSIBLE multiple times over 15-20 minutes time frame, no answer and calls keep getting forwarded to pro desk voice-mail. So, being blind sided with the whole situation I take a chance on them telling me the order will ready in two hours , I pull my crew off another job site and they arrive 3 hours later after being told 2 hours, and sure enough our order is still not pulled and they said they need another 30-45 mins. For what we had in profits for this small order we lost , in dealing with poorly managed location. We LOVE floor and decor , between us and our investors we spend $120k-160k a year in floor and decor. But this location will not see us again , we will purchase from neighboring stores and avoid this location. Poorly managed location, can't even answer the phones , I can only imagine how many potential sales are being lost to phones not being answered outside of our calls being denied/forwarded."

"Called to pick up an order. The gentlemen said come to the front door. This is what I see when I get there. There is no signage directing you where to go to pick up your order. I stood in the front for 15 minutes before asking someone where to go there’s no signage anywhere for anything Can’t get anyone to help as everyone is on their personal phones or the internet. It’s not very busy but I stood up front for 15 minutes before anyone even acknowledged me and only after another customer came in and saw what was going on"

"Flooring for the entire home was purchased at this,store and we have always had superb service. Today, Brayan topped it all. Patient, pleasant, courteous and very helpful young man.
