"We delivered a load here on a Monday morning. Staff was helpful, the docks where a little tight however. Took about an hour and a half to get unloaded. We showed up an hour early ahead of our appointment. There really isnt overnight parking"
"I would give them a zero if I could. Have been waiting 2 months for a replacement sliding door panel, the slider won't close properly. Their customer rep guy quit on them, no one followed up with me. They installed several brand new windows, 3 of which wouldn't close, replaced them on my own dime (bought them elsewhere). Trying to reach them, no response. Avoid the headache and the stress, buy from someone else. My next step will probably be legal action. I am posting this review hoping that someone from American Builders Supply will read it and contact me."
