"I was here on 10-13-23 'round about 7:30ish. I was here only to look for a tool that I wanted to buy separately and not in a set, they didn't sell it separately so it was a loss for me, but my experience here was more than memorable, it was hilarious. As I walked into the store, I immediately saw a female employee walking rite in my direction. I didn't know where they kept this certain tool I was looking for and I needed help finding it. So I asked her if she worked here. She said, "Unfortunately" I burst out laughing so hard that I couldn't even get out what I wanted her help for. Once I got myself contained and under control, I asked her about the tool. And a "I have no clue" look came across her face. Fortunately, another employee was walking rite past us and she asked him did he know about the tool I described to her. He said, "Sure" and pointed me rite to where the tools were, but they only had sets, not singles. All I could think about was what the female employee said to me after I asked her if she worked here. Her response was so hilarious to me. That encounter with her made the rest of my night. My experience here along with this chance encounter with the employee was good. I'd still go back."

"Whats not to like about Harbor Freight? I have been pretty much satisfied with everything I have ever bought from them, and I have bought quite a bit. However during this visit I purchased some wheel covers for my travel trailer. They were only $10.00 for 4 of them which was extremely cheap. I truly got what I paid for. I was really dissapointed with the quality, but I should have expected it considering the price. They will just be temporary, I will replace them with a better quality item later. In the photo's the covers are not on. They are made of a canvas material with a wire running through them and are very tacky looking. This visit will not stop me from shopping there though."

"From the minute I walked in the store the staff was very friendly, and helpful. As usual I needed one thing, but walked out of the store with 5 things. The staff was very helpful at answering my questions, and helping me locate a few things. I should have just went directly for what I came in for, and didn’t start walking around sightseeing. Another great experience, and definitely a customer that will return soon..."
