"Terrible terrible store. No hospitality they watch black people like they're stealing something. Also removed chairs from these young people who are just trying to charge they're phones! I thought it was a safe place, but of course as black people that only means for white folks! You Lowe's workers should be ashamed of yourselves. They told me how you guys treated them and it's awful. If I could give it 0 stars I would. They made them sit on the hard dirty Lowe's floor they also never cleans the bathrooms, and they threatened to call the police on them. I understand that you guys don't want them in your store, but you shouldn't treat people like that. U have people on the floor, and you wonder why people are giving them weird stares.You shouldn't take chairs if u have customers. It's weird and inhuman. Y'all told them multiple times they could sit there.. I might have to take this matter with cooperate because this sint right."

"Went to purchase a craftsman weeedeater for a $191. Paid with debit card. When I got home the item was defective the shafts would not go together. When I took it to exchange the lady at the return counter, Carolyn, while I was still explaining the situation said “ok $191 going back to the card”. I said “no I don’t want a refund, I want to exchange it, I need it” she replied “we don’t do exchanges”. I just bought this thing 30 minutes ago. We all know how the economy is right now, I don’t have an extra $200 laying around to buy another while I wait on money to go back to my debit card. I asked for the manager, he came out and repeated the line. Said it must be a manufacturing issue. I didn’t buy it from the manufacturer I bought it from you! Now I don’t spend a ton of money at Lowe’s but if anyone has some extra Pennie’s they don’t want I’ll take them. But Lowe’s will never get another one from me. Neither the employee or the manager showed any concern for my situation, just repeated policy and pretty much told me to get lost. The manager told me he has been with them for 8 years. As someone who has been in retail management for over 30 years, I find his attitude piss poor. He could’ve found a way to help me with this but could not be bothered. Never again!"
