"We are redoing the house and the paint specialist Richard Rubin and his manager Ted could not have been more professional or helpful. They were attentive and knowledgeable. They asked what we are painting, what type of material our doors, our walls and trim were in order to get the correct paint. Mr. Richard Rubin carefully went over the color palettes with us and suggested colors to go with the wall colors for the trim and the doors. Very professional and we are getting ready he was not afraid to say he was unsure about a question and also brought his manager Ted into our decisions which made us feel very much at ease and important. Also referred us a great cashmere paint no VOC so you don't have that obnoxious paint June that you breathe into your lungs. The cost may be a little more the quality and the service is well worth it! Definitely give them a try because I'm positive you won't be disappointed!!!"
"The folks here were friendly, and offered to answer any questions I may have had even though they were busy with other chores. The reason for my rating was that they didn't have what I wanted to purchase. My feeling was that while they have some things in the store for the "do it yourself" customer... I feel that they must do the bulk of their business with contractors or big ticket customers. The prices on their products and tools was pretty comparable...but you'll get a bigger selection and a lot of the same items and way better shopping hours at the big box stores with comparable quality and a variety of price points. So this review is really more about the "store" as the people working there were polite and helpful."
