Know Your Rights with Attorney Kate Dyer:

"Yesterday our check engine light began flashing and Auto Zone was the closest place to get it checked. It was store 4999. Marla, the parts manager, came out immediately to do the check. In about 30seconds she brought out the report. I called the dealership and told them the problem. They said to have it towed to them. We made an appointment on the Gieco app. It was going to be 90 minutes until they arrived. It was one hundred degrees outside. Marla came out about twenty minutes later with two bottles of cold water. She kept coming out to make sure we were ok. It was not like we were her best customers…all we bought was a bottle of soda… For this woman to go out of her way for strangers deserves to be publically acknowledged and thanked. Even though this store is 12 miles away, this is our go to auto parts store. Thanks, Marla, for taking such good care of these two senior citizens! Kudos!"

"Store #4999 This place definitely deserves 5 stars. Marla was quick to help me with my coolant in my car. Even though they were busy, she took the time to find the product I needed and even put it in my car. She was very thoughtful and was genuinely caring about my safety getting home. I will recommend this store to everyone in and around The Villages. Marla was phenomenal!!"
