"From the time we walked in Derrick had excellent customer service, explained the differences in the flooring options, and took great care of us throughout the entire process, including follow up to make sure we were happy. We decided on tile, Wood Plank GFD Powder for the whole house except the bathrooms have the GFD Lt Gray. Fred and his crew, Kenny and Sam, were awesome to work with, great guys who did an amazing job installing tile in our home.
